Workout Overview

AMRAP in 20 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible of the following.

Each round

  • 11 pistols
  • 11 renegade rows (35/25 lb)
  • 3 burpees
  • 20 AbMat sit-ups

Suggested Use

Warm up thoroughly before starting. Scale weights and movements to match your current fitness and equipment.

Stay hydrated and listen to your body. If anything feels painful or unsafe, stop and modify.
